We have developed a solution for gated, condo, apartment, HOA, or DEED restricted communities that do not allow estate sales. Please ask about our private sale process. This specialized sale solution is as effective as a standard sale. We can also offer online auction, offsite relocation to our warehouse, or estate buyout alternatives.
 
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER THE SALE?
 
In the days following the sale we will guide you in the best manner of liquidating unsold items. You may opt to use our clearout services, donate, consign with us, hold onto to your unsolds, or a combination of options. At the end of the day we want to leave our clients satisfied that their liquidation needs have been met.
